11 Group study rooms:

  • Group rooms on the ground floor must be booked in advance
  • The group rooms on the first floor are freely accessible

The carrels (patio and room F) must be reserved.

Group rooms on ground floor

At the BU Centre, 6 rooms are available for booking for group, on the ground floor (patio) and 1 in room G - réussite étudiante

  • Room 040 : for group of up to 6 people
  • Room 042: for group of up to 6 people
  • Room 044 a/b : shared room for group of up to 10 people (1 group of 6 pepole and 1 group of 4 people)
  • Room 046:   for group of up to 8 people (room with video projector)
  • Room 052: for group of up to 4 people (room G - réussite étudiante)

I book a group room at BU Centre.

The 5 other group rooms on the first floor are freely accessible.

  • Room 130 : for group of up to 6 people
  • Room 128 a/b: shared room for group of up to 10 people
  • Room 126: for group of up to 6 people
  • Room 125: for group of up to 2 people

It is possible to set up several small groups, as long as the maximum number of people per room is respected.

3 private carrels are available for booking for single or duo use:

Priority access for people with disabilities and for the consultation of books from the heritage collection

If a priority user arrives, you may be requested to give up the carrel, even if you have made a reservation.
