Wednesday 31th May: end of extended opening hours. The extended hours will restart on Sunday 1st October
From Tuesday 1st June, the 3 university libraries are open:
- from 8.45 a.m to 7 p.m from Monday to Friday
- from 8.45 a.m to 5.30 p.m on Saturday
From Monday 12th June and for the summer, the opening hours change: opening from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m to 5 p.m.
Week of 19th June: a closing in turn for inventory
The inventory allows us to find decommissioned books, to locate missing documents, more generally to have an accurate image of the collections that we put at your disposal. This operation is carried out every year.
The inventory requires several days of closure. It is a noisy activity: all documents in the room are "bleeped", moved, organized...
It's also a long activity!
The 3 BUs close in turn from Monday 19th June to Thursday 22th June and all 3 on Friday 23th June.
- Monday 19th and Tuesday 20th June: BU Beaulieu and BU Villejean Santé are open
- Wednesday 21th and Thursday 22th June: BU Centre is open
- Friday 23th June: the 3 BUs are closed to deal with the consequences of the inventory and organize the annual meeting of the service.
What about this summer?
Closed on Thursday 14th July (public holiday).
Summer closure on Friday evening, 21th July.
Reopening on Monday 21th August morning.
When the libraries are closed, bear in mind that there are online resources: ebooks, articles, journals, databases ... The online resources are 24/7 services all right!
