The satisfaction survey carried out at the end of 2022 in the BUs showed that the strongest expectations of the students were for the workspaces. Although the efforts made previously are known to our public, the BUs still need to improve their spaces, equipment and the overall comfort to match the new working practices.
New group work spaces
A new group study room, located in Room G - Student Success in the BU Centre, is now available for reservation, for group of up to 4 people.
The carrel, located at the entrance of the patio, is a space that you can book for a maximum of 2 people.
A coworking "bubble" in the BU lobby
As soon as it was installed in the BU hall, the coworking "bubble" was already very popular!
It offers a new and highly expected working environment.
Located in a high-traffic area, it provides isolation from the noise, bustle and crowds.

Since 10 December, and until 25 February (provisional dates), the following spaces are closed for renovation works:
- the Fleming room
- the computer room
