What's going on? What shall I do?
In order to avoid massive download situations in which publishers would block access to the resource for the whole community, each user account is set so that the system will suspend it if it detects what seems like an abnormal activity.
It is therefore recommended that you download the documents according to your real needs, when you need them.
If you believe the suspension is completely unwarranted in your research, you can contact us by opening a ticket in the helpdesk. Please detail in your ticket the name of the database(s) used and the specific needs you have.
You may encounter the error message File missing: docs/logup.htm which is similar but whose nature turns out to be different.
This message usually appears when you log in with logins that do not have access rights to the online documentation.
You may have selected a different establishment than the University of Rennes (previously Université de Rennes 1) when you were asked to identify yourself, or you are using a computer on which someone else had previously identified.
- This problem is sometimes resolved by clearing the browser's cache and cookies.

- If it still does not work after doing these manipulations, it may be a configuration problem: deposit a ticket by filling in the information found on https://passerelle.univ-rennes1.fr/mygroups
Please note: paramedical students, whether or not they are members of the University of Rennes, do not benefit from free access to the university libraries and therefore do not benefit from remote access to online resources.
Unauthorised access[Accès non autorisé]
Most common case 1: you have university Sésame ID with a status which does not allow you to consult online resources remotely.
You may be a patron from outside the university(after registering with the library) or retired universitystaff (you can register to the library for on-site access to online resources).
Most common case 2: you have two university accounts, a student account and an university staff account. For example, if you are a doctoral student, intern, etc. One may be active and the other inactive. If one isn't working, try the other!
Click on the link https://passerelle.univ-rennes1.fr/mygroups: if it says "default", your status does not allow you to access remotly to the university resources.
If you think you should be authorised to access the resources, create a technical support ticket.
