"A system problem has occurred"

You are working and switching between the Supernova or “Online journals” search engines and other sites or documents, when all of a sudden, having launched a new search request, the "A system problem has occurred" window appears:

What happened and what can you do?
It is a time-out, the search engine has been inactive for too long. Even if you click on the suggested link, you will encounter the same problem.

You need to go back to the initial page, to the website home page for exemple, and run the search again.

If the problem continues, you can submit a ticket.
