"Your session has timed out"

You are working and switching between the Supernova or “Online journals and ebooks” search engines and other sites or documents, when all of a sudden, having launched a new search request, the "Your session has timed out" window appears:

What happened and what can you do?
It is a time-out, the search engine has been inactive for too long.

You can identify yourself with your Sesame to continue the search, but you are not required to do so.

You need to go back to the initial page, for example the home page of the BU website, or directly to https://supernova.univ-rennes.fr/,and run the search again.

If the problem continues, you can submit a ticket.
